We believe that management consulting is a noble profession that has gone astray. That is why we have been building a company that will restore the industry's historic reputation and utility for those that need it most: SMEs and startups.
Our story began at 7:00 PM on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2022. Our CEO, Frederik Ayach, was running late for a cinema rendezvous to watch a comedy from Woody Allen, trapped on a call with his superior who kept instructing him to tweak the icons on a €30,000 presentation – a document full of disclaimers, offering zero value beyond the big-brand stamp of approval. It was at that exact moment he realized he no longer wanted to remain at one of the Big Four, choosing instead to establish F23 CONSULTING, spol. s r.o. (a name reflecting a 23-year-old Frederik starting out in consulting) and do meaningful work. With the company's international expansion, its brand name was changed to F20 TROIKA – a unique name that easily translates across languages.
Four years in, with a team of four consultants and one intern, and over 50 engagements across Central Europe, we listen to our clients, digitize our processes, and iterate on our services to consistently deliver real value while remaining affordable, flexible, and reliable. Furthermore, we operate under our own Code of Conduct to enforce the highest standards of professionalism and ethics, while constantly developing our in-house knowledge and skills through certifications and training.
